I am a witness, a listener, a supportive companion on your journey

Are you looking to heal? To change? To accept challenges and cope with grace? Become more well balanced, enjoy life and relationships more, flourish in your chosen path? I welcome individuals and families coping with issues of aging such as chronic/progressive illness, pain, and cognitive changes; as well as those with trauma, ambiguous loss and disenfranchised grief; stress, depression and anxiety. I will be a witness, a listener, a companion and a guide as you use self-awareness, self-compassion, wisdom and intentionality to learn and cope with the practical and emotional tasks and challenges of your life with heart, mind and soul. With holistic, multidimensional wellness as the goal of our therapeutic enterprise, and flexible, integrative strategies, you can leverage your strengths to explore your experiences and identity, develop your sense of agency, and make and implement life choices that express your values and provide meaning to your life - whether you are 25 or 95 years old. Change - whether chosen or imposed - is hard! Yet it is not only inevitable but also central to the human experience – involving adaptation, growth and resiliency side-by-side with the challenges of loss and grief. Frankl taught that freedom lies in our response to what happens to us. I'm honored to partner with you to co-construct and fulfill that promise.
